Charles Cameron - Christ in All The Scriptures

Often on this blog I like to ‘advertise’ websites or ministries that have blessed me. I want to bring to your attention the work of Charles Cameron. Charles has dedicated his life to serving Christ and has worked hard to be a blessing to others. He let me know the other day that he has available two wonderful resources - commentaries on the Old and New Testaments. I’ll let Charlie explain a little about himself;

I am the Church of Scotland minister at Darvel Parish Church, Ayrshire (since 2001). I spent my early life in Glasgow. My years of ministry began in Dunfermline, Fife in 1980.

After sixteen years of preaching and teaching God’s Word at St Ninian’s, Dunfermline, there was a most significant development in my ministry when I moved to the Presbyterian Church in Ireland (Burnside Presbyterian Church, Portstewart) in 1996. Greatly encouraged by the enthusiastic response to my ministry of God’s Word, I began, at the beginning of 1997, to supplement my spoken ministry with a written ministry - Daily Bible Readings.

Following our return to the Church of Scotland (Castlemilk West Church, Glasgow), because of family reasons, I continued the Daily Bible Readings, completing a three-year set of notes which cover the whole of Scripture, from Genesis to Revelation. These notes were completed at Castlemilk West and have been re-issued in Darvel.

These notes are available on my blogs - www.christinallthescriptures.blogspot.com (Christ in all the Scriptures)

http://charlescameron.wordpress.com (Christ in all the Scriptures / The Theology of G C Berkouwer).

If you are interested in getting a printed version of the notes as a series of monthly booklets, visit http://www.stkentigern.i12.com/cc/

You can also get the commentary as a free download from Lulu. The Old Testament from here and the New Testament from here.

A resource well recommended and a valuable addition to any serious student’s theological library.
